Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Champa Catering & Events! To ensure the best experience for every customer, please review the following Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

1. Online Orders & Event Information

When placing an order through our online store, you will be required to provide the following information at checkout:

• Delivery Date

• Delivery Time

• Event Date

This information ensures accurate scheduling and coordination for your catering needs.

2. Delivery Fee

• A 5% delivery fee will be automatically applied to all orders requiring delivery.

• This fee covers transportation, fuel, and handling logistics.

• Delivery is available within our designated service area. If you're outside of that area, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Order Deadlines & Changes

• We recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance of your event.

• For large orders (over 50 guests), at least 7 days’ notice is appreciated.

• Changes to your order must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Late changes may not be accommodated and may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled at least 5 days prior to the delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

• Orders canceled less than 5 days in advance may be subject to a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.

• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

5. Food Handling & Allergies

• Once delivered, food becomes the responsibility of the customer. It must be properly stored and served at safe temperatures.

• Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies when placing your order. While we strive to accommodate needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

6. Rental Items & Setup (If Applicable)

• If your order includes rental items (e.g., chafing dishes, serving utensils), you are responsible for their return in clean, undamaged condition.

• Setup services are available by request for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

• Champa Catering & Events is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, accidents, or natural disasters.

• We are also not liable for any incidents arising after delivery, including allergic reactions or improper food handling by guests or hosts.
